North Slope’s leadership team has served the State of Colorado in various capacities for 27 years, covering over 20 issues totaling over $2 billion in par amount issued. This service includes innovative financing “firsts” such as the tax-exempt refunding of the Build America Bonds issued for the BEST program and the successful financing of the first tranche of National Western Center COPs. We have also provided expert support to legislative initiatives that have saved taxpayers over $80 million. North Slope professionals have served 13 prior State Treasurers and Deputy State Treasurers.
